Q1 When should I expect my TelCell mobile bill?
All efforts are made to deliver your mobile invoices during the last week of the month with payment due (#of days) days later. You will be notified of delays via the local media or via our website (website contact info here) and social media sites (social media sites contact info here). If you have not received your current invoice, you can also check your billing information online (contact and checking information here) or call our Customer Care Department for further information (TelEm Group customer information contact here).

Q2 How will I receive my bill?
You can receive your bills via post or e-mail. You choose.

Q3 Where do I find the amount that needs to be paid on my bill?
Please refer to Page 1 of your bill to the section: "INVOICE TOTAL DUE".

Q4 Where do I see exactly what I am being charged for?
Your billing charges begin on the second page of your bill. You will be charged separately for a printout of more detailed billing records for which you are also required to provide a valid ID.

  1. What is eZpay?
    eZpay is a service which was introduced by PSB Bank N.V. in St. Maarten to facilitate the payment of recurring bills without having to stand in line at the offices of the service providers.
  2. What type of bills can I pay using eZpay?
    Any bill of a service provider which is affiliated with eZpay.
  3. Which service providers are currently on eZpay?
    At the moment there are two service providers that are affiliated with eZpay. These service providers are TELEM and their group of companies and UTS. Soon we will be adding more service providers to the eZpay platform.
  4. Who can use eZpay?
    Any client of any of the affiliated service providers can make use of the eZpay service.
  5. Where can I go to use eZpay?
    The locations where you can use eZpay will be easily recognizable by the eZpay signs at convenient merchant locations.
  6. Do I have to pay any fees to use eZpay?
    The eZpay service is completely free of any additional charges. All you have to do when paying using the eZpay service is the invoice amount.
  7. How can I find an eZpay location?
    The eZpay merchants are easily recognizable by the eZpay billboards placed at the merchant location. The billboards all have the certified merchant inscription on the eZpay billboards.
  8. Is eZpay available in the weekends?
    Ezpay is available 24/7 or until the merchant closes its place of business. Even so there will be locations that can offer the eZpay service 24/7.
  9. What do you need to be able to pay at eZpay?
    To be able to pay at an eZpay merchant all you need is your invoice with your account (or client) number.
  10. Is the payment made at eZpay the same as paying at the Service Provider?
    The payment made at eZpay is guaranteed 100% by PSB Bank N.V. This means that when you present your eZpay receipt it is accepted as a payment confirmation.
  11. Is the payment made at eZpay processed right away?
    Payments made at eZpay are processed immediately by PSB Bank which guarantees that the payments are also processed by the service provider.
  12. What can I use to pay at eZpay?
    At eZpay you can use either cash or your debit card.

Q1 How do I cancel my monthly TelCell Postpaid plan?

  1. You may cancel your TelCell monthly Post-paid plan at any time, however, if you cancel before the plan’s expiry date, a cancellation fee will apply.*
  2. Visit one of our branches and speak with a Customer Care representative about cancellation.
  3. A valid ID is required to proceed with cancellation.

Q2 What if I want to cancel my service before the contract is up?

You may cancel your TelCell monthly Post-paid plan at any time, however, if you cancel before the plan’s expiry date, a cancellation fee will apply.*

Switching to a different TelCell Post Paid plan is easy, for your protection and ours the following documents are required in order to change your Postpaid cellular account.

  • Valid Picture Identification (ID Card, Drivers License or Passport)
  • Proof of Employment (Last two salary slips)
  • Registration Form from the Census Office (for proof of address )
  • Proof of Residency permit (for non Antilleans Only)
  • Make any necessary payments that may apply to the new plan. (There is no charge to make the switch).
  • Take home a copy of your form along with any information available about your plan and rates that apply.
  • Look out for special deals related to your new plan.

Q1 Can I change my Postpaid telephone plan?

Yes you can. Just visit one of our branches to make the change. Please walk with a valid ID, which is required before any changes can be made to your home phone account.

Q2What happens when my limits for minutes and text messages run out on the TC Lite 2 plan?
Don’t worry. You can still make calls when you use up your limits under this plan, however, additional charges will apply:

ANG 0.27 per minute during peak hours.
ANG 0.18 per minute during off peak hours.

You will be charged ANG 0.18 per text message once you have passed your allowed the 450 text messages limit.

Q3 What do I need to sign up for a TelCell Post-paid Account?
If you are signing up as a residential customer you will require:

  1. A valid identification
  2. Your current address and contact information.
  3. A registration form from the census office
  4. Your last two (2) pay slips.

If you are signing up as a business customer you will require all of the above except for the two pay-slips requirement. All business applications must be accompanied by a Chamber of Commerce Certificate along with any of the persons named on the Chamber of Commerce document.

To check your current balance simply enter *124# and hit SEND.

Q2 How do I replenish my TelCell Pre-paid Account?
If you are using a TelCell pre-paid card you should enter *123*PIN# SEND.
If you are Topping up at a retail outlet, you may recharge you Pre-paid account with as little as $1.

Q3 How do I Transfer Credit from one TelCell Pre-paid account to another.

  1. Begin a new SMS message by navigating to Messages.
  2. Type 6663 in the "To" box.
  3. Message: CT [number] [amount]
    Example: If you want to send $5* to 522-XXXX type in:

  4. Hit SEND
