The TelEm Helpdesk is open and ready to assist you 7 days a week from 7:00AM - 9:00PM.

The TelEm heldpesk is open daily from 7:00AM - 9:00PM. You can reach the helpdesk for free with a TelCell mobile or TelEm landline number via 611. It also possible to reach the Helpdesk via number 548-help(4357). The TelEm Helpdesk is ready to assist you with all your questions and requests about our products and services.
