How to set my mobile data settings?

Before making use of TelCell's mobile data services, make sure your phone settings are set correct.

Before subscribing to one of TelCell's data packages, make sure your smartphone is compatibale and has the correct data settings. Make sure that your smartphone is compatible and has the following frequencies: 2G: 900/1800 Mhz, 3G/4G: 850/2100 MHz.

Follow the easy steps below to set your TelCell data settings:

iOS
1. Go to your settings:
2. Click on:
    a. Cellular
    b. Cellular Data Options
    c. Cellular Data Network
3. By APN add: internet.telcell.an

Android
1. Go to your phone settings:
2. Click on:
    a. Mobile Networks
    b. AccessPointsNames
3. Create new accesspoint:
    a. By Name add:TelCell
    b. By APN add: internet.telcell.an
    c. By Authentication type: select PAP or CHAP
