When do I receive my bill?
All efforts are made to deliver your bill during the first week of the month with payment due 14 days later. For example: You will receive your June bill in the first week of July. You will receive your bill via postal mail (+ ANG 2.50) or via email. Make sure you always get your bill on time and sign up for for e-billing. You will be notified of any billing delays via the local media, Facebook book page TelCell NV or via our website. If you have not received your current bil please contact our Customer Care Center for free via 611 or 548-help (4357).
