Ensuring that you have internet, is an important step when moving locations. If you are planning to move, it is important to inform us at least two weeks prior to your move. The first step to informing us about your move is by completing an alteration form. Here’s how:
- Visit: https://www.telemgroup.sx/service-application/
- Select your service
- Select “Existing Customer”.
- Insert in your account number
- Select “Relocate”
- Complete the form
- Upload a copy of your ID/Passport
Once you’ve submitted your form, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you. It is important to note that your service may change depending on the area you are moving to. This may result in your internet package changing. For example, if you are moving from a non-Fiber area to a Fiber ready area.
