ConnectME delivers internet service to your home via modem and our LTE network. Time of day or night and general usage in your area may also affect your internet and browsing speeds. Your in-home network (indoor wiring, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh solutions, etc.) plays an important role in your quality of service. For optimal use, your ConnectME device should be placed near a window. ConnectME is to be used in areas where Fiber or DSL connection is not available.
Can I get a Landline with ConnectME?
With a ConnectME connection it’s not possible to apply for any additional services. The modem used for ConnectME only provides an internet connection.
Can I upgrade my speed on ConnectME?
At this moment there is only one plan available on ConnectME, upgrading to a higher speed is not possible. We advise that you regularly check the Fiber streets page to find out if your street is ready for Fiber. If you street is listed you can upgrade to Fiber and apply for a package of choice.
