DSL Duo Play Prepaid:
All Duo Play Prepaid packages include $10 calling allowance on your landline phone to make local and international calls. Your $10 allowance will be valid for the current month only, as any unused allowance will not roll over to the next month. Free minutes are not included for Prepaid, only for Postpaid.

Its speeds may vary based on the quality of your copper line, the distance from our main network, time of day or night and general usage in your area may also affect your internet and browsing speeds. Your indoor wiring and Wi-Fi installation (extensions) are also important factors in ensuring quality of service.
Duo Play DSL Postpaid
The free minutes included in the Duo Play Postpaid packages are for calls between TelEm & TelCell subscribers. Calls made to other numbers will be charged separately and added to your monthly invoice. Any unused package minutes will not roll over to the next month. To avoid any potential bill shock, we have included a phone call threshold of ANG 250 per month. When you have reached this amount, all out-going calls will be temporarily blocked, however, your internet and incoming calls will continue to work.
*New Postpaid applicants without St. Maarten residency are required to pay a deposit fee of $1,500 upon application or can apply for a Prepaid package.

Can I get TelTV+ with a Duo Play Plan?
No, a Duo Play Plan only includes Landline and Internet. To get TelTV+ you can upgrade your Duo Play Plan to a Triple Play Plan which includes; Internet, Landline & TV. Click here to visit our TV page for more information.
How do I upgrade to Fiber?

What is the difference between Prepaid and Postpaid?
With a Prepaid plan there are no free minutes included in your package. To make outgoing calls you can make use of the $10 credit included in your package or Top-Up additionally. With a Postpaid plan you will receive free minutes to call between TelEm numbers. If you run out of minutes you can still make calls, and the additional charges will appear on your next invoice.
