Mobile Flex plans adapt to your needs. Say goodbye to overages, bill shock and embrace the flexibility of Mobile Flex. With our latest Flex plan you are in control. All Flex plans include minutes, data and SMS. If you go over your bundled minutes or data, simply Top-Up to keep using your plan until the next billing cycle. Your minutes, data and SMS are replenished at the beginning of the next month.
Minutes:
- All Flex plans include on-net minutes.
- Simply Top-Up for off-net minute calls.
- On-net minutes includes TelCell to TelCell and TelCell to TelEm landline calls only.
- Standard calling rates (local and international) apply.
Data:
- Rollover data now applies to a maximum allowance rollover of one (1) month.

- Roaming automatically activated.
SMS:
- Messages sent on-net only (TelCell to TelCell)
Application Requirements:
Customer applying for service must be 18 years and older. A copy of a local ID (Dutch ID card or Passport) and proof of address (registration form from the Census Office no older than six (6) months or utility bill no older than two (2) months) must be included with this application form. If these cannot be provided, a recent census registration form from the Census Office (not older than six (6) months) in combination with a non-local ID is also acceptable.
Note: As part of the application process, we ask, and you agree, TelEm reserves the right to terminate this service/contract at any time, in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. TelEm expressly reserves the right, upon a thirty (30) day written notice, to unilaterally change the nature of the service(s) provided. The customer has a right to terminate without being liable to pay an early termination fee in the event that a unilateral change adversely impacts the quality of the service.

What is Flex?
Flex is our latest Mobile Plan that adopts to your needs. You get the convenience of Postpaid, with the flexibility of Prepaid. Every month you get minutes, Data, SMS and a set invoice. If you happen to go over your minutes or data, your plan converts to Prepaid. You won’t get any overage or surprise charges. Simply Top-Up at any of our convenient locations to add more talk time or activate one of our many Prepaid data plans via the My TelEm App. You can also Top-Up online.
Can I roam with Flex?
Yes! TelEm has you covered with Mobile roaming around the globe. The Caribbean, North America, Europe, South America and much more! Make sure to Top-Up before you depart! Your local data and minutes subscription is only available while in St. Maarten and is not available when roaming, therefore you need to have Prepaid credit.
How long does my credit last if I Top-Up my Flex Plan?
The same Prepaid mobile credit policy applies to Flex; all Prepaid credit is valid for 60 days from the time of last Top-Up.
How do I apply for a Flex plan?
To apply for a Flex plan, the following is required:
- Valid ID/Passport
- A Census registration form or GEBE utility bill no older than 6 months (address must be the same as where service will be provided).
- Copy of the account holders’ last two (2) pay slips.
