The Smartie Senior plan is an all-in-one offer that includes DATA, MINUTES, and even SMS. To apply for a Senior Smartie Plan no active Smart Plan from a family member is needed.
TelCell has a cost-effective and convenient Postpaid plan specially designed for youngster up to age 21. Juniors can now call their mom, dad, guardian, and home phone for FREE with Smartie Junior. Parents no longer have to Top-Up their children’s phones. So no more “Mom, please buy me Top-Up” or “Dad I’m out of data”. The Smartie Plan is an all-in-one package, including DATA, MINUTES & SMS.
TelEm’s all in Voice & Data plans, a variety of Postpaid plans to suit your call, SMS and data needs. All Smart plans include minutes, data and SMS. The minutes included can only be used for calls to local numbers:

- Local non TelCell subscribers
Calls to other numbers will be charged to the account and will appear on the invoice. Out of bundle calls are charged per second, for calls less than a minute you will be charged for one minute. All incoming calls are free of charge.

- Proof of address via a utility bill (not older than 2 months or recent registration form from the Census Office (not older than 6 months)

How does it work?
A Smartie Junior Plan is a plan specially designed for the youth and controlled by the parents. In order to apply for a Smartie Plan the parent or guardian must have an active Smart Plan. You will be able to add up to 4 Smartie Plans to your Smart Plan account. Once you sign up your child for a Smartie Plan he/she will receive a monthly allowance of 4GB of data, 100 minutes (local numbers only) and 150 SMS. There is MORE! Your child will be able to call your mobile number for free (attached Smart Plan) + a landline number. This means that even when they finish their minutes they will still be able to call these two numbers at NO charge. Every 1st day of the month the plan will automatically be renewed. The monthly subscription of $25 will be added to the parent or guardian’s Smart Plan invoice.
Requirements Smartie Plan Junior:
- The parent or guardian of the junior must have an active Smart Plan.
- Once a parent or guardian has an active Smart Plan they can add up to four (4) Smartie Plans account to their Smart Plan.
- Junior can’t be older than 21 and must have a valid ID/Passport.

No bill shock! When the package is depleted before the end of the month the services will stop automatically. Only the free calls to Mom, Dad, Guardian, or a home phone will remain active.

What are the requirements for a Postpaid plan?
To apply for a Postpaid plan, the following is required:
– A Census registration form or GEBE utility bill no older than 6 months (address must be the same as where service will be provided).
– Copy of the account holders’ last two (2) pay slips.
Can I upgrade my package over the phone?
Upgrades cannot be done via the phone as documentation is needed to perform any alterations, however an alteration form can be sent to info@telemgroup.sx with the required documentation. Or you can complete your alteration form online here.
