TelEm has a specially designed Mobile Postpaid Plan for Seniors over 60 years of age and Juniors up to 21 years of age; browse the web, stay in touch with family and friends via WhatsApp and video chat. As this is a Postpaid plan, you will receive an invoice at the end of the month and there is no need to buy Top-Up. The Junior & Senior plan is an all-in-one offer that includes DATA, MINUTES, and even SMS.

TelEm’s all in Voice & Data plans, a variety of Postpaid plans to suit your call, SMS and data needs. All Mobile Postpaid Plans include minutes, data and SMS.
Minutes:
- All packages are inclusive of on-net and off-net minutes.
- On-net minutes includes TelCell to TelCell and TelCell to TelEm landline calls only.
- Off-net minutes includes calls to other local Dutch St. Maarten operators.
- Unlimited minutes, on select plans, include 2,900 on-net minutes; Fair usage policy applies. •Standard calling rates (local and international) apply.
Data:
- Rollover data now applies to a maximum allowance rollover of one (1) month.
- Add-on: (Optional at $10.00) includes 3GB of data.
- Roaming automatically activated.
SMS:
- Messages sent on-net only (TelCell to TelCell)
Application Requirements:
Customer applying for service must be 18 years and older. A copy of a local ID (Dutch ID card or Passport) and proof of address (registration form from the Census Office no older than six (6) months or utility bill no older than two (2) months) must be included with this application form. If these cannot be provided, a recent census registration form from the Census Office (not older than six (6) months) in combination with a non-local ID is also acceptable.
Business Application Requirements:
A copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration (not older than six (6) months) and a copy of local ID or Passport from the director or manager who is listed on the Chamber of Commerce registration is required.
Note: As part of the application process, we ask, and you agree, TelEm reserves the right to terminate this service/contract at any time, in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. TelEm expressly reserves the right, upon a thirty (30) day written notice, to unilaterally change the nature of the service(s) provided. The customer has a right to terminate without being liable to pay an early termination fee in the event that a unilateral change adversely impacts the quality of the service.
How does it work?
A Junior Plan is a plan specially designed for the youth and controlled by the parents. In order to apply for a Junior Plan the parent or guardian must have an active Mobile Postpaid Plan. You will be able to add up to 4 Junior Plans to your Mobile Postpaid Plan account. Once you sign up your child for a Junior Plan he/she will receive a monthly allowance of 4GB of data, 100 minutes (local numbers only) and 150 SMS. There is MORE! Your child will be able to call your mobile number for free (attached Mobile Postpaid Plan) + a landline number. This means that even when they finish their minutes they will still be able to call these two numbers at NO charge. Every 1st day of the month the plan will automatically be renewed. The monthly subscription of $25 will be added to the parent or guardian’s Mobile Postpaid Plan invoice.
Requirements Mobile Postpaid Junior Plan:
- The parent or guardian of the junior must have an active Mobile Postpaid Plan.
- Once a parent or guardian has an active Mobile Postpaid Plan they can add up to four (4) Junior Plans account to their Mobile Postpaid Plan.
- Junior can’t be older than 21 and must have a valid ID/Passport.

No bill shock! When the package is depleted before the end of the month the services will stop automatically. Only the free calls to Mom, Dad, Guardian, or a home phone will remain active.

What are the requirements for a Postpaid plan?
To apply for a Postpaid plan, the following is required:
– A Census registration form or GEBE utility bill no older than 6 months (address must be the same as where service will be provided).
– Copy of the account holders’ last two (2) pay slips.
Can I upgrade my package over the phone?
Upgrades cannot be done via the phone as documentation is needed to perform any alterations, however an alteration form can be sent to info@telemgroup.sx with the required documentation. Or you can complete your alteration form online here.
